Patty Williams-Downs

Founder and CEO

Patty is a visionary entrepreneur and powerhouse executive with an unparalleled commitment to breaking boundaries and igniting transformative growth.

As the Founder and CEO of BreakingBounds Enterprises, Patty leads an empire of innovation, holding the reins of two dynamic subsidiaries: BreakingBounds Executive Coaching and Consulting and BreakingBounds Media Productions.

BreakingBounds Enterprises is not just a company; it's a movement, a beacon of inspiration, and a force for monumental change.
Under Patty's guidance, BreakingBounds Enterprises is revolutionizing the landscape of executive coaching, visionary consulting, dynamic facilitation, and captivating public speaking. With her at the helm, Patty drives impact like never before, shaping leaders who redefine success and transform industries.
But that's not all. Patty's influence extends far beyond boardrooms and conference halls. As the Executive Producer of Boundary Breakers Podcast, she amplifies the voices of leaders across the globe, co-powering with them to shatter barriers and make an indelible mark on the world.
Prior to founding BreakingBounds, Patty served as the Executive Director for OneGoal Houston, where she led strategies that scaled programs to impact over 6,000 students. Her career also includes leadership roles at YES Prep Public Schools, where she developed innovative leadership, academic and instructional coaching models, and KIPP Houston, where she advanced student achievement strategies. Patty began her journey as a Teach For America corps member, sparking her commitment to creating opportunities for transformation.

She holds an M.A. in Educational Leadership from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Fordham University. Patty is also an ICF certified leadership coach, a graduate of Rice Business School’s CoachRice program, a certified Emotional Intelligence (EQi) assessor and holds a certificate from Wharton's School of Executive Education for Neuroscience of Business: Innovation and Strategic Decision Making.

Patty’s influence extends into mentorship and community leadership. She serves as a mentor for She Needs to Know, a Fellow of the American Leadership Forum Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter, and a board advisor for SheSpace and the Houston Coalition Against Hate. Her accomplishments include being named to Houston Business Journal’s People on the Move and 40 Under 40. While also receiving the Global Leader of Influence Award from the World Affairs Council. A proud Division I collegiate athlete, Patty continues to champion initiatives that inspire leaders and organizations to redefine success.
Patty enjoys spending time with her family. She’s a proud mother of three children and wife to her partner.
